Subscription

The goal of this project was to create a monthly subscription program, called Dossier+, for Dossier Perfumes. Collaborating with a developer, the aim was to provide users with a subscription option that offered discounted prices, reward points, and increased customer engagement. The primary business objectives were to increase cash flow and average order value (AOV).

Subscription Benefits

The Dossier+ subscription program offered enticing benefits to subscribers. By paying a monthly fee of $29, users received a $3 discount on every item purchased, encouraging them to explore and purchase more products from Dossier Perfumes. Additionally, subscribers earned reward points on each purchase, which could be accumulated and redeemed for discounts on future purchases. These benefits aimed to enhance customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and drive higher customer lifetime value.

To foster a sense of community and engagement, communication channels were established between Dossier Perfumes and Dossier+ subscribers. Regular newsletters, exclusive promotions, and personalized recommendations were provided to subscribers, keeping them informed about new product releases, upcoming events, and special offers. This communication strategy aimed to strengthen the relationship between the brand and subscribers, promoting customer retention and increasing the lifetime value of subscribers.

Subscription Management

To ensure ease of use and convenience, a user-friendly subscription management system was implemented. Subscribers had access to a dedicated account section where they could view their subscription details, track their rewards points, and manage their preferences. The interface allowed for seamless cancellation or modification of the subscription, providing subscribers with control and flexibility over their membership.
